PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron) is pre-coated galvanized steel, which refers to a colored steel plate formed by coating a layer of organic coating (such as polyester, silicon-modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, etc.) on the surface of galvanized steel plate. PPGI is widely used in construction, home appliances, transportation and other fields with its excellent corrosion resistance, aesthetics and diverse color designs.
Advantages of PPGI
Corrosion resistance: The dual protection of the galvanized layer and the coating can effectively resist corrosion caused by rain, ultraviolet rays, moisture, etc.
Strong decorativeness: Provide a rich selection of colors and surface treatments (such as smooth, matte, texture, etc.) to meet diverse design needs.
Lightweight: PPGI is lighter than traditional building materials and is easy to transport and install.
Good processing performance: It can be mechanically processed by stamping, bending, rolling, etc.
Excellent weather resistance: The topcoat has UV resistance and high temperature resistance, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
Environmental protection: Modern production technology makes PPGI coating more environmentally friendly and reduces pollution to the environment.
Application areas of PPGI
Construction industry:
External structures of buildings such as roof panels, wall panels, and canopies.
Building accessories such as door and window frames, insulation panels, and light steel keels.
Exterior wall panels of prefabricated houses, warehouses, and garages.
Home appliance industry:
Shells of home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners.
Panels of small appliances such as microwave ovens and ovens.
Transportation:
Container shells.
Highway guardrails, traffic signs, and other facilities.
Agriculture:
Covering panels for greenhouses.
Fences and roofs of livestock and poultry farms.
Furniture and decoration:
Office furniture, lockers, display racks, etc.
Interior wall decorative panels, ceiling panels.
